Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed according to the selected payment method:

Electronic payments (credit card, PayPal, etc.): orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Cash on delivery (COD): orders are processed only after phone confirmation between our customer service and the buyer. During the call, we will verify the delivery address, name on the doorbell, and contact details.
If the customer cannot be reached or fails to confirm, the order will be suspended or cancelled.
All shipments are handled by reliable and trackable couriers.
Delivery times

Italy: delivery within 24–48 business hours from the moment the order is shipped.

European Union: 5–10 business days.

Rest of the world: varies depending on destination.
Delivery times are average estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local conditions, or force majeure (e.g. holidays, strikes, or severe weather).
In case of significant delays, customers will be promptly notified.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will make up to two additional attempts.
If delivery still cannot be completed, the package will be stored at the courier’s depot (holding area).
The customer will be notified to collect the package.
If it is not collected within 10 days, the package will be returned to the sender.
Any costs for re-shipment or warehouse handling will be charged to the customer.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.
Shipping may be free only if expressly indicated in specific promotions or offers.
Otherwise, shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
Digital products
For digital products (PDF guides, manuals, or other downloadable files), delivery is immediate via email or download link after payment confirmation.
No shipping costs apply to digital items.
🔄 Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU and the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery of a physical product or from the purchase of a digital product, except for certain exclusions.
1. Physical products
Customers can request a return within 14 days from delivery by sending an email to:

Returned products must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
Once the returned item is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
2. Digital products
According to Article 59, letter (o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on a non-material medium (download or online access) once the download or use has begun, provided the customer has given explicit prior consent.
Before downloading, the customer agrees to waive their right of withdrawal.
💶 Refunds
For valid withdrawals, the refund includes:

The product price;

The standard initial shipping cost (if applicable).
Additional costs for express delivery or optional services are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice or the returned item.
